FullStack is seeking a Software Development Manager to join our talent network and connect with U.S. clients for flexible, project-based development work. You will integrate directly into our client's team and collaborate with designers and engineers daily.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of software development and project management experience, advanced English, and a four-year college degree. You will lead engineering teams with servant leadership and drive Agile delivery across projects.

• 5+ years of professional software development and project management experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Extensive experience architecting, developing, and delivering software products and services.
• Proven experience building and leading engineering teams with a focus on servant leadership, empowerment, and collaboration.
• Demonstrated experience driving predictable software delivery through Agile/Scrum practices, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Hands‑on experience using Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and capacity planning to improve team performance.
• Strong background in collaborating with Product, Design, and business stakeholders to align technical execution with business goals.
• Knowledgeable in software development using Java, C#, JavaScript, or similar production technologies.
• Practical experience implementing Test Driven Development (TDD), Behavior Driven Development (BDD), and software quality practices.
• Demonstrated experience delivering applications through CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments.
• Deep experience in microservices architectures, distributed systems, caching strategies, CQRS, message‑driven systems, and large‑scale processing.
• Solid understanding of cloud‑based architectures, hybrid environments, serverless technologies, elastic scaling, and system resiliency.
• Hands‑on experience using Jira for sprint management, dashboards, reporting, and workflow optimization.
• Skilled at influencing peers and leading cross‑functional teams to drive organizational improvements.
• Proven track record of mentoring engineers, improving engineering practices, and building high‑performing teams.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
