About The Role

We are scaling our ISP team and seek a motivated engineer to help us build world-class software. We’re looking for experienced software engineers who have built scalable, highly available, and secure systems. The team will focus on building key features and backend cloud services.

What you'll do

• Build services that handle billions of requests daily from eero devices, mobile apps, and internal tools.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to shape our product vision and develop exciting end-user features.
• Enhance and optimize existing services to improve reliability, scalability, and flexibility.
• Mentor other cloud engineers and help improve development processes to increase productivity and project predictability.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience in system design or architecture, focusing on reliability and scaling.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience across the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
