The SAP CDX - Compliance Automation & Tools team (the CAT team yay /ᐠ｡ꞈ｡ᐟ\∫) is looking for a Software Developer with a solid understanding of application development and DevOps experience.

The team focuses on developing internal tools and services that primarily help the companydrive security, risk & complianceefforts, but are also used in other areas such as Cost Managent and Site Reliability Engineering.

Who we are looking for:

• What mainly counts is an overall curiosity about technology, passion for software development, and eagerness to learn new things.
• Solve complex problems and design systems that enable best-in-class operation of SAP Concur’s cloud services and communications with our customers
• Develop across the full-stack on a variety of technologies including Python, Lambda, Boto client, SQS, Sceptre, Cloud Custodian, Dynamo, Docker containers, Kubernetes and AWS ECS
• Leverage the latest and greatest AWS Cloud technologies as you build and innovate
• Embrace end-to-end ownership and DevOps practices: architect, design, code, test, deploy and monitor your software in providing direct value to our customers
• Cooperate with and mentor other engineers and product owners in an ever-evolving, agile environment
• Learn, as we move fast and are unafraid to venture into the unknown
• Be part of a team that owns products, tools and services that help other teams deliver better software and improve our relationship with customers.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• We are looking for a level 2 engineer, so experience in software development is required.
• We don’t require you to be a guru level in a specific technology. Everything can be learned if there is a will. But you should know we build our stuff in a serverless fashion, using primarily a combination of Python and AWS Native Services.
• Be prepared to own a service E2E. We design, architect, develop, test, and run our services ourselves.
  We are an International team, so English is a thing.
