Hired is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our client on a full-time basis in Brazil. You will design, develop, and deploy scalable software while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will lead architecture, mentor junior engineers, troubleshoot complex issues, and partner with product managers to define scope. Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++, cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and strong fundamentals in data structures and system design are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or higher degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
• Experience with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to write clean, modular, well-documented code.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases and distributed systems.
