Eurofins develops all software applications in-house to support its laboratories globally. With hundreds of thousands of clinical diagnostic tests performed daily, Eurofins' clinical diagnostic labs strive to provide access to innovative diagnostic, monitoring, and therapeutic techniques, supported by extensive planning and technology.

Supporting Business

The company is developing eLIMS-NG, the next-generation Laboratory Information Management System, a comprehensive suite of tools to support testing operations worldwide.

How You Can Help

As a Software Developer, you will contribute to delivering high-quality software, building delivery pipelines, and embracing test automation and continuous delivery in an Agile environment. You will support, review, and coach other developers, fostering strong relationships within the Eurofins IT community, following team guidelines and stakeholder requirements.

You will:

• Deliver and maintain high-quality software through analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation, and support;
• Follow Agile practices and adhere to Eurofins guidelines throughout the SDLC;
• Collaborate with users, analysts, architects, deployment teams, and other stakeholders to design fit-for-purpose software;
• Build relationships within the Eurofins IT community and with internal customers;
• Contribute to a positive team environment;
• Support, coach, and review code from colleagues.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have at least 4 years of experience developing end-to-end solutions, with knowledge of .NET, C#, MVC, WCF, Rest, WebAPI, NUnit/MSUnit, and Angular;
• Understand software design principles;
• Have experience with n-tier architecture solutions;
• Are familiar with test-driven development and automation;
• Possess full-stack development knowledge, both frontend and backend;
• Have a good understanding of relational databases (MS SQL);
• Know cloud concepts and services (Docker, EKS);
• Understand object-oriented programming and design principles;
• Follow best practices like SOLID;
• Can independently solve technical problems;
• Have experience working in Agile environments, preferably SCRUM;
• Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills;
• Have good English communication skills (written and oral); knowledge of another language is a plus.
