Qualificações

The Team

Eurofins develops all of our software applications in-house to support our laboratories globally. Our clinical diagnostic services team performs hundreds of thousands of tests daily, striving to ensure access to the most specialized and innovative diagnostic techniques worldwide. This role involves extensive planning and organization, augmented by technology.

Our Clinical LIMS Europe Program will be used as the central Laboratory Information Management System throughout Europe. This role is crucial in defining and delivering the product roadmap.

In this role, you will work with a dedicated team developing enhancements to a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and supporting its multiple customers.

How can you help us?

As a Delphi Developer, you will actively interact with Product Owners and stakeholders to:

• Estimate complexity and workload
• Select appropriate technical solutions to meet user requirements
• Design, develop, and deploy changes to the LIMS based on customer and business needs
• Support the LIMS collaboratively with team members
• Work with Engineers/QA to ensure high-quality solutions
• Implement good practices and standards

What are we looking for?

• 4+ years of experience with Embarcadero Delphi 2006 or later (Delphi 12 preferred)
• Experience with Delphi for Windows Services and UI Forms is a plus
• 4+ years with Oracle PL/SQL
• Strong server-side development skills in Delphi and/or Oracle PL/SQL
• Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of relational databases (Oracle 9i, 11c or later)
• Knowledge of Agile practices, especially Scrum/Kanban
• Experience collaborating with Business Analysts and Architects
• Experience in test-driven development and automation
• Comfortable with unit testing and mocking in Delphi
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions

Education

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or related field
