CSG is seeking an experienced Software Dev Engr I to join our Solution Innovation Group in the Global Telco team. Software Development Engineers design, develop, test, and maintain software applications or systems. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to create efficient and reliable software solutions, ensuring they meet project requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities may also include troubleshooting issues, optimizing code, and staying updated with emerging technologies.

We are looking for a Software Dev Engr I who will:

• Assist in designing, coding, and testing software applications.
• Collaborate with senior developers and learn best practices & professional concepts.
• Debug and fix software issues under supervision.
• Have a basic understanding of programming languages and software development concepts.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:

• Agile Scrum practical experience
• Proficiency in PHP (mandatory) with 2+ years of experience, and familiarity with .NET, React, and JavaScript
• Experience with code review/testing and junior mentorship
• Team references
• At least 2 years of development experience
• Knowledge of SQL or databases
• Experience with Cloud (AWS preferred) and CI/CD pipelines
• Technical documentation skills
