Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and engaging clients through social networks
  • Building authority and relationships via social selling
  • Attending and converting leads into clients
  • Creating strategic content for attraction and engagement
  • Qualifying leads and directing them to the sales team
  • Managing and updating CRM, ensuring organization and follow-up
  • Applying persuasion techniques to increase conversion rates
  • Analyzing metrics and optimizing digital sales strategies
  • Participating in training and strategic alignments

  • Salary: R$ 1,500 base + progressive commissions and bonuses
