Who we are looking for
A Social Media Manager, who will plan, create, and publish industry-leading content on our channels, driving performance and aligning with our social media strategy and objectives.
Due to the continued expansion of the Marketing department, you will join the brand marketing team to further develop the Company’s brand, demonstrating the ability to engage audiences and elevate our brand presence across various social media platforms.
It is extremely important that our global gambling brand develops alongside business growth, given our significant presence in the UK, Europe, LATAM, Australia, and the US.
You will collaborate with the wider Marketing department for integrated communications to deliver industry-leading campaigns, which will form a significant part of the role.
You will manage our social media presence and engage with our audience to increase brand awareness, while ensuring that our channels adhere to internal marketing policies and local regulations.
Preferred skills and experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Brazilian, Portuguese, and English.
- Excellent understanding of various social media platforms and their functionalities.
- Ability to plan, create, and publish content tailored to the target audience’s interests across multiple platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of the gambling vertical, sports, and the sporting calendar relevant to Brazil.
- Excellent time management skills with keen attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring cohesive messaging and strategy.
- Proficiency in analyzing social media metrics and performance data to inform strategy.
- Ability to oversee and deliver industry-leading campaigns, promotions, and initiatives.
- Possess a test-and-learn mindset to promote continual improvement in key performance metrics.
Main Responsibilities
- Planning, producing, and publishing localized industry-leading content, in line with our social media strategy and broader business objectives.
- Taking overarching responsibility for social platforms, including content quality, campaign delivery, KPI improvements, and end-to-end measurement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create social media timelines aligned with product launches, advertising campaigns, and brand messaging.
- Keeping up-to-date with new social platform releases and marketing trends, implementing a test-and-learn approach to continually enhance social media strategy.
- Circulating social content plans and collaborating with creative teams to ensure timely delivery of assets that align with brand guidelines.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations, maintaining a thorough understanding of the gambling industry standards.
- Engaging with the audience on social media to foster community and strengthen brand loyalty.
- Generating reports, analyses, and recommendations.
- Recognizing strong performance against benchmarks and identifying growth opportunities with actionable solutions.
- Identifying personal development areas and seeking growth opportunities within the role to contribute to the team’s success.
