Qualificações

  • 1+ anos de experiência em gestão de mídias sociais e engajamento comunitário.

If you’re ready to shape Team Liquid’s social media presence in Brazil and deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with our fans, you could be the perfect fit for this role.

As the Social Media Manager, BR, you will play a key role in crafting compelling narratives, increasing fan engagement, and maintaining a vibrant social presence across platforms like Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Bluesky. You’ll need exceptional organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail to deliver high-quality content that captures the energy of our team and fans.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Create Engaging Content
    • Plan, schedule, and post content across Team Liquid’s Brazilian social platforms to ensure consistency and quality.
    • Bring a creative approach to campaigns, crafting posts, memes, and videos that excite and captivate our audience.
    • Film and edit short-form videos and photos to spotlight our players, tournaments, and behind-the-scenes moments.
  • Build Community Engagement
    • Foster meaningful relationships with our fans, finding innovative ways to engage with them on platforms like Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
    • Track and celebrate superfans, creating strategies to keep them involved and motivated to interact with the Team Liquid community.
  • Tell Our Story
    • Work with internal teams to build story-focused campaigns around player signings, game wins, and esports milestones.
    • Use your creative thinking to align social content with the overarching brand and marketing goals.
  • Achieve Results
    • Use insights to track the success of your posts and campaigns, refining strategies to maximize engagement and performance.
    • Work with the marketing and creative teams to align social content with team events and promotional activities.

What You'll Need:

  • 1+ years of experience in social media management and community engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of major digital platforms, such as Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Discord, Bluesky, and Reddit.
  • Proficiency in shooting and editing short-form videos, such as experience with Adobe Premiere or CapCut.
  • A genuine interest in gaining deeper insights into esports and gaming, particularly Rainbow Six, Valorant, and PUBG Mobile.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently execute campaign plans.
  • Creativity in experimenting with trends, memes, and formats to engage audiences.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to foster genuine community bonds.

You'll Earn Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with social media scheduling tools, including Hootsuite and Sprout Social.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools, such as Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and Canva.
  • Knowledge of social media trends in the esports industry.
  • Experience in community management within gaming or esports.
  • Familiarity with social media performance-tracking tools
  • Experience in video content production.
  • Experience with project management tools.

Additional Requirements:

The nature of our games may require flexibility in working hours. The successful candidate should be prepared to work nontraditional hours, including evenings and weekends, to ensure the success of our events.
