This company is an all-in-one video marketing agency focused on increasing revenue for businesses through high-impact video advertising. Their mission is to simplify the video marketing process by combining production, media buying, and management into a single, seamless service.

They work with businesses of all sizes, especially those new to video advertising, to create and manage powerful campaigns from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule original, on-brand content for multiple social platforms

  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community

  • Analyze performance data and suggest optimizations

  • Stay up to date with trends and incorporate them creatively into the brand’s content

  • Collaborate with designers and the BMM to maintain consistent tone and visuals

Must-haves

  • 3+ years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies

  • Experience with community engagement

  • Excellent written communication and copywriting in English

  • Strong understanding of platform-specific trends and tools (e.g., Reels, Threads, etc.)

  • Analytical thinking and comfort with metrics (Monitors social media metrics, analyzes campaign performance, and adjusts strategies based on data-driven insights.)

  • Proactive communication and collaboration

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with influencer marketing or UGC

  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Asana)
