Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Social Media Engagement Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a socially savvy individual who is in tune with the latest trends, detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about building and nurturing online communities. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic, relevant outbound community engagement initiatives on behalf of our clients.

What You Will Do...

  • Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, questions, and concerns in a timely, professional, and on-brand manner.
  • Have fun with trending videos and engage authentically with the brand and audience.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Ad hoc tasks may include, but are not limited to:

  • Finding new social media trends

Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A personal PC/laptop with a working webcam
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in both written and oral forms. Additional languages are a plus!
  • Must love social media (bonus if you have an active TikTok account you'd like to share)
  • A good working home environment with a stable internet connection
  • Experience in Community Management and familiarity with the US market
  • Good understanding of US culture
  • Experience in Social Media and Customer Service (non-voice) is a plus!
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift aligned with US EST timezone
