Position Overview:
The ALP Social Media Manager or Director will help drive our brand forward by leading and executing all social media activities. This role requires a highly motivated, organized, strategic, and creative thinker who can successfully build, manage, and grow ALP’s social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Strategy & Execution:

  • Own and execute a channel-specific strategy for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and YouTube
  • Shorts to grow engagement, followers, and conversions.
  • Write on-brand, high-performing copy that reflects ALP’s voice: bold, witty, and never corporate.
  • Create and post content daily across all platforms.
  • Partner with influencers, UGC creators, and ambassadors to generate authentic, native content
  • across all platforms.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain ALP’s social media content calendar across Instagram, TikTok,
  • YouTube, YouTube Shorts, and X.
  • Monitor trends, culture, and competitor activity to keep ALP ahead of the curve and in the conversation.


Community Management & Content Performance:

  • Respond to DMs, comments, tags, and customer questions in real time with wit, consistency, and
  • brand tone.
  • Track KPIs including engagement, reach, follower growth, CTRs, and conversion performance
  • across all platforms.
  • Generate monthly reports on content performance, audience insights, and campaign success, and use data to iterate strategy.

Brand Presence & Content Innovation:

  • Ensure every ALP social post, video, and story is unmistakable, unique, original, and built forattention.
  • Push the brand forward with platform-native storytelling, bold hooks, and experimental formats.
  • Support new product drops, retail pushes, and campaign rollouts with compelling, click-worthycontent.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing branded social media accounts (CPG or lifestyle brand
  • experience a plus).
  • Deep familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, YouTube Shorts, and X.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a sharp, bold tone.
  • Ability to manage multiple content streams, calendars, and assets with high attention to detail.
  • Skilled in analyzing content performance data and adjusting strategy for growth.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving and high-growth environment.
