Principal responsibilities of the position:

• Act as a strategic partner for business areas, supporting managers on people and organizational culture issues.
• Identify organizational development needs and propose talent management, succession, training, and development solutions.
• Conduct performance management processes, supporting leaders in defining goals, feedback, and development plans.
• Support the implementation of engagement, organizational climate, and corporate culture programs.
• Ensure that HR practices comply with internal policies and current labor legislation.
• Analyze HR indicators (turnover, absenteeism, engagement, performance, etc.) and propose improvement actions.

To occupy this position, you need to have:

• Complete higher education
• Previous experience as an HR Business Partner supporting the industrial area.
• Advanced knowledge of Office/Google Package.
• Advanced or fluent English
• Availability to work in a hybrid mode (3 x face-to-face).
