Job Summary

Provide general support for the Digital Transformation Global Program Rollout, including implementing state-of-the-art 3D plant visualization and site reality capture. Support training and sustainment of the new “Visual Way of Working”. Act as the site liaison for project resources, working closely with site representatives to ensure successful rollout and usage of new applications supported by Change Management staff. Support 2-3 sites.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Attend monthly knowledge sharing meetings
  2. Help coordinate rollout activities
  3. Review models and data weekly for each site to ensure proper organization, functionality, and performance
  4. Facilitate end-user training for new technologies and ways of working, including scheduled sessions and ad hoc support
  5. Assist site representatives with rollout and enabling of use cases
  6. Act as a connection between site resources and project support teams
  7. Facilitate communication between project teams and site resources to gather feedback
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical, Mechanical, or related fields
  • Fluent in English
  • 3+ years of experience in O&G, refining, or petrochemical manufacturing sites or similar environments
  • Ability to follow technical conversations with engineers and technicians
  • Change management skills are a plus
  • Experience with 3D software, laser scanning, 3D modeling, digital enablement, etc., is a plus
  • Experience with project management tools like MS Project or Smart Sheets is a plus
