You’ll specifically take care of managing installation plans, procedures, and work packages, but also oversee site activities, resource planning, and compliance with EHS and regulatory standards.
We’ll look to you for:
Managing and organizing site activities, including facilities, resources, and tools
Delivering and maintaining installation plans, Work Method Statements (WMS), and procedures
Overseeing the Installation Work Package, ensuring quality, cost, delivery, and performance
Monitoring and leading actions on planning, risks, opportunities, and non-conformities
Managing subcontractors, including quality and delivery assessments
Coordinating interfaces with third parties such as civil work partners and utilities providers
Driving continuous improvement in installation performance and contributing to best practices
Ensuring compliance with EHS policies and regulatory standards
All about you
We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:
Engineering degree
Strong experience in railway site management
Cost and planning control experience in site management scope
Background in EHS compliance and management
Knowledge of railway products and services (Urban, Mainline, F&M) is desirable
Master’s degree in Project Management or certifications in Railway Safety or Site EHS management are a plus
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
Resilience and an analytical mindset to address complex field deviations
Innovative attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
Things you’ll enjoy Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:
Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career
Work with new security standards for rail signaling

Utilise our inclusive and flexible working environment
Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries
Benefit from our investment in your development, through award-winning learning
Progress towards leadership roles or technical expertise paths
Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical, pension)
