As the Short Form Strategist & Social Media Manager, BR, you will play a key role in crafting compelling narratives, increasing fan engagement, and maintaining a vibrant social presence across platforms like Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Bluesky. You’ll need exceptional organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail to deliver high-quality content that captures the energy of our team and fans.

What You'll Be Doing

Create Engaging Content

Film and edit short-form videos and photos to spotlight our players during tournaments and behind-the-scenes moments.

Create evergreen content around game updates, esports culture, memes, trending topics, and viral formats.

Plan, schedule, and post content across Team Liquid’s Brazilian social platforms to ensure consistency and quality.

Bring a creative approach to campaigns, crafting posts, memes, and videos that excite and captivate our audience.

Build Community Engagement

Cultivate and maintain strong, engaged relationships with our fans, finding innovative ways to engage and interact with them on platforms like Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.

Track and celebrate superfans, creating strategies to keep them involved and motivated to interact with the Team Liquid community.

Tell Our Story

Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and content production, to align social media efforts with overall brand goals.

Repurpose long-form video content into engaging short-form pieces that align with Team Liquid's brand and marketing goals.

Achieve Results

Use insights to track the success of your posts, refining strategies to maximize engagement and performance.

Work with the marketing and creative teams to align social content with team events and promotional activities.

What You'll Need:

2+ years of experience in social media management and community engagement.

Experience scripting, shooting, and editing short-form videos for TikTok and YouTube Shorts, with proficiency in tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere. Ability to manage the process from concept to completion on your own.

Portfolio of successful short-form content you've created, including videos and photos.

Strong knowledge of major digital platforms, such as Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Discord, Bluesky, and Reddit.

A genuine interest in esports and gaming, particularly in popular games like Rainbow Six, Valorant, and PUBG Mobile, or similar titles.

Excellent organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently execute campaign plans.

Creativity in experimenting with trends, memes, and formats to engage audiences.

Ability to cultivate and maintain strong, engaged relationships with the esports community.

Fluent in English and Portuguese.

You'll Earn Bonus Points If You Have

Experience with social media scheduling tools, including Hootsuite and Sprout Social.

Familiarity with graphic design tools, such as Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and Canva.

Knowledge of social media trends in the esports industry.

Experience in community management within gaming or esports.

Familiarity with social media performance-tracking tools.

Experience with project management tools.

Additional Requirements:

The nature of our games may require flexibility in working hours. The successful candidate should be prepared to work nontraditional hours, including evenings and weekends, to ensure the success of our events.

This is a position with a PJ (Pessoa Jurídica) type of contract.
