We're seeking a Shopify Expert to join our globally distributed team of 12 professionals focused on driving measurable results for CPG brands and subscription businesses.

What You'll Do

• Build and optimize high-converting Shopify themes from scratch
• Develop custom functionality for A / B tests, product pages, and checkout flows
• Implement subscription-focused features that enhance customer retention
• Collaborate with Conversion and Creative teams to bring designs to life
• Create reusable code frameworks and technical documentation
• Optimize for Core Web Vitals and performance across all touchpoints

What We’re Looking For

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

• 4+ years of professional Shopify development experience
• Expert-level proficiency in Liquid templating and theme development
• Shopify Plus and enterprise-level implementation experience
• Portfolio showing measurable conversion improvements

Technical Skills :

• Shopify theme development mastery (Liquid, JSON templates, section groups)
• Performance optimization and Core Web Vitals expertise
• Git, Shopify CLI, and modern development workflows
• Third-party integrations (email platforms, analytics, CRO tools)

Soft Skills :

• Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation
• Excellent project management and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with exceptional time management
• Clear communication of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
