Shape financial planning strategy

Based in Macaé, the role will be responsible for Project Management/ Planning/ Coordinating activities typically in the context of a production or services project to fulfill customer orders or needs according to financial/commercial parameters, profit and loss accountability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Develops an operational year plan for the department's own activities. Suggests improvements in products, processes, and procedures, and contributes to the planning of the larger unit.

As the Services Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • All activities related to supervising, organizing, and executing project management, including scope, time, cost, and quality management.
  • Contributes to the development of an operational year plan.
  • Suggest improvements in products, processes, and procedures.
  • Work closely with internal customers Field Engineers and Service Managers) to coordinate project requirements and schedule aligned with operating plan targets.
  • Work together with people from the business unit. Specifies needs, communicates about project approach, and presents outcomes.
  • Manages standardized project processes and operates based on predefined contracts and frameworks. Provides guidelines for selecting appropriate actions.
  • Cost control and on-time delivery.
  • Recommending preventive maintenance plans and corrective action to ensure that equipment and tools are in good condition.
  • Training, supervising, and managing employees’ activities following Baker Hughes practices.

  • Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Have experience in Services Project Management.
  • Be able to coordinate and oversee multiple projects and priorities.
  • Have ability to influence others.
  • Have emotional resilience to work under pressure and manage conflicts.
  • Be proficient in the English language.
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
