A global leader in industrial software is looking for a Services Member Engineer based in São Paulo, Brazil. The ideal candidate will have experience with HMI/SCADA software and will support clients across various applications. This position involves collaboration with several stakeholders and advanced proficiency in English. The work model is hybrid, requiring office presence twice a week.

Qualificações

• Experience with HMI/SCADA software such as AVEVA Edge.
• Familiarity with PLCs from manufacturers like Schneider Electric.
• Experience with VBScript or similar programming languages.
• Knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript technologies.
• Advanced English language proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers under AVEVA Edge applications.
• Deploy and maintain key client projects.
• Collaborate for additional support services.
• Assist clients with technical applications globally.
• Develop and customize new product templates.

Hybrid: 2 times a week in the office (Alameda Santos 1940)

Responsibilities - You will do:

• As a Services Member Engineer, you will be working supporting our customers under AVEVA Edge applications, leveraging our unique and comprehensive knowledge of AVEVA Edge.

• You'll be involved on the support, deployment and maintenance of key client projects.

• You'll collaborate with Distributors, System Integrators, Certified System Integrators and OEMs for additional support services needed in order to provide their clients with a complete and sophisticated HMI/SCADA solution.

• You will also assist clients from all over the world with their HMI/SCADA advanced technical applications through phone calls, e-mails, and remote computer connections.

• Additionally, you will develop and customize new product templates.

Skills & Qualifications - You will have:

• Experience with HMI/SCADA software, such as AVEVA Edge, InduSoft Web Studio, Wonderware,Intouch,System Platform, OMI, FactoryTalk, or similar software.

• Familiarity with Industrial automation components such as Programmable Logic controllers (PLCs) from manufacturers such as Schneider Electric, Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron, Eaton, and Beckhoff.

• Experience with VBScript structured programming language (or similar languages including C, C++, C#, VB, or similar).

• Knowledge of relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase or MySQL.

• Experience with web-based technologies, such as HTML, HTML5, CSS, ActiveX or JavaScript.

• English language proficiency (Advanced)

A PLUS:

• Spanish language proficiency
