HMH invites an internship to join our Services Engineering team, supporting installation, commissioning, software deployment, and field service activities. You will also help create and maintain technical documentation and assist with knowledge management.

You will gain hands‑on experience, work with AI‑powered tools, and contribute to continuous improvement projects while learning about HMH products and service operations in a global, inclusive environment.

Qualificações

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Automation & Control Systems, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Services Engineering team with installation, commissioning, software deployment, technical support, and field service activities.
• Organize and maintain technical documentation and knowledge management systems to ensure efficient information retrieval.
• Collect, review, and pre‑assess documentation using established checklists and procedures.
• Provide initial technical inputs and support to Services Engineers in daily activities.
• Contribute to improvement projects utilizing digital technologies and AI‑powered tools.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and service excellence.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support engineering projects and customer requirements.
• Develop technical knowledge of HMH products, systems, and service operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all assigned activities.
• Promote personal accountability for Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) by adhering to the principles and guidelines outlined in HMH's HSSE governing policy

Summary

• Support the Services Engineering team with installation, commissioning, software deployment, technical support, and field service activities
• Organize and maintain technical documentation and knowledge management systems to ensure efficient information retrieval

Required Qualifications

Education:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Automation & Control Systems, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

No prior professional experience required. Previous academic, internship, or technical project experience is considered an advantage.

Skills and Abilities:

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Copilot
• Interest in engineering services, field operations, and technical support activities
• Familiarity with AI tools and emerging digital technologies
• Basic knowledge of programming and development tools such as Visual Studio Code, HTML, VBA, and Excel macros is considered an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
