Required Skills and Experience
- Project Management : Experience with ITSM (ITService Management) and HSM (Human Service Management)/HR module ismandatory.
- ServiceNow : Significant experience withthe ServiceNow product.
- Agile Methodologies :Familiarity with daily meetings, stand-up meetings, retrospectives,etc.
- Certifications : Certifications in ServiceNow andScrum Master are nice to have but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
- Project Planning andManagement : Develop and maintain project plan and resourceallocation, define project scope, goals, and deliverables, conductrisk assessment and mitigation planning, manage change requests andcontrol scope creep.
- Stakeholder Communication andEngagement : Facilitate meetings with business stakeholders, ITteams, and ServiceNow developers, provide regular status updates,dashboards, and executive reports, ensure stakeholder expectations aremanaged effectively.
- Requirements Gathering andDocumentation : Work with business analysts to document functionaland non-functional requirements, ensure alignment between businessneeds and ServiceNow capabilities, review and approve projectdocumentation.
- Implementation Oversight : Coordinatewith ServiceNow developers and architects, monitor progress againstmilestones, ensure best practices are followed during implementation.
- Testing and Quality Assurance : Oversee useracceptance testing (UAT) planning and execution, address issuesidentified during testing, ensure quality standards are met beforedeployment.
- Deployment and Post-Implementation Support: Manage go-live activities and ensure a smooth transition,monitor post-implementation performance, provide recommendations forcontinuous improvement.

The objective of this engagement is to managethe implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring that:
- The project is completed on time and within budget.
- Business requirements are properly gathered, analyzed, andimplemented.
- Risks and issues are proactively identified andmitigated.
- Project stakeholders are engaged and informed.
- Best practices and methodologies are followed to optimizeServiceNow capabilities.
The following deliverables will be provided by the ProjectManager:
- Project Plan : Detailed scope and resourceplan.
- Risk Management Plan : Identified risks andmitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication Plan: Regular reporting and meeting schedules.
- Requirements Documentation : Business and technicalrequirements.
- Test Plan : UAT strategies and issuetracking.
- Deployment Plan : Go-live strategy andtransition activities.
- Final Project Report : Summaryof outcomes, lessons learned, and future recommendations.
