A global food processing business is looking for a skilled ServiceNow ITOM Developer for a fully remote position in Brazil. This role involves improving IT infrastructure and operations through the implementation of ITOM/CMB. The ideal candidate will have extensive project experience and proficiency in relevant technologies such as JavaScript and PowerShell.

Qualificações

• Strong project experience in ITOM Discovery & Visibility.
• At least 3 end-to-end ITSM projects completed.
• Deep understanding of discovery techniques and CMDB integrity.

• This global food processing business has 20k+ employees with ITSM already implemented, but are implementing ITOM/CMB to improve their IT Infrastructure and wider operations

Essential skills

• ITOM Discovery & Visibility – Strong project experience here
• ITSM – At least 3 x projects completed end to end
• Deep understanding of horizontal, agent-based, and cloud discovery techniques.
• Strong experience with discovery patterns (creation, customization, and troubleshooting).
• Knowledge of normalization processes and rules to ensure CMDB integrity.
• Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub and Spokes.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and PowerShell scripting.
