ABB is seeking a Service Sales Engineer for the Eastern Germany Region. In this role, you will focus on acquiring new customers and supporting existing ones, advise on service matters, and manage offers. This role reports to the Service Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire new customers and maintain contact with existing ones.
  • Advise and support customers on service matters and identify additional service opportunities.
  • Create solutions for the conversion and modernization of switchgear and components.
  • Monitor market and competitive trends.
  • Manage offers and support contract negotiations.
  • Assist colleagues in project planning and execution.
Qualifications
  • Degree in electrical engineering or related field, or technician/master craftsman in electrical engineering.
  • Several years of sales or related experience, preferably in service.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Fluent German and good English skills.
  • Strong customer orientation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 85%.
Work Model & Location

Remote work in Eastern Germany, covering Berlin, Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Eastern Saxony (Görlitz, Bautzen, Dresden, Meißen), and from Eastern Holstein to Lauenburg.
