The Service Manager for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for ensuring the delivery of best-in-class service performance, optimizing operational efficiency, controlling service-related costs, and building strong customer relationships to support business growth, by leading and supporting a high-performing team of Field Service Engineers (FSEs) and Field Application Specialists (FASs).
This position is part of the Service Organization located in São Paulo and will be on site. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.
You will be a part of the Beckman DX Distributor cluster and report to the GM responsible for leading, coaching and supporting a team of FSEs and FASs, ensuring top performance and technical excellence by regularly assessing team skillsets and performance, providing coaching, feedback and formal evaluations.
