We are looking for talented professionals to join our Governance Strategy and Operation team! This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are highly analytical, data-driven, and eager to solve complex business challenges. As part of the Governance Strategy and Operation team, the selected candidate will play a key role in optimizing processes, analyzing drivers behavior regarding quality and service governace. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency. The ideal candidates will leverage data to develop strategies that impact supply, overall marketplace balance and level of service.

Role Responsibilities

• Data-Driven Decision Making:Use internal and external data to support pricing strategies, operational improvements, and business growth.
• Innovation & Problem-Solving:Identify new opportunities and propose data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Engagement & Optimization:Create strategies to improve driver experience and engagement, ensuring marketplace efficiency.
• Process & Product Improvement:Optimize existing workflows, support product enhancements, and ensure a seamless operational experience.
• Hybrid working model.

Role Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree inEngineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields
• 2 - 5 yearsof experience in data analytics, operations, or strategy roles.
• Stronganalytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability todrive initiatives and lead projectswith a structured approach.
• Advanced Excel and Data Analytics skills.
• Fluent English is required.
• Experience with AI is a plus.
