We are seeking an Propulsion Service Consultant - Brazil.

Key Accountabilities:

• Possess technical education, a bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience/education in a related professional field.
• Demonstrate passion and patience in supporting customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable with extended activities and work tasks controlled by our customers.
• Willingness to travel as needed, including planned and short-notice trips, after hours, holidays/weekends, both within Brazil and internationally (alone and in groups).
• Work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating excellent cooperation skills with colleagues and customers.
• Proficiency in English as the official working language.
• Ability to work independently and be self-driven.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Good understanding of propulsion products, mechanical and hydraulic systems, their functionalities, and applications.
• Provide excellent support to internal and external customers via phone, email, and on-site, both onshore and offshore.
• Support during dry dockings, sea trials, troubleshooting, and commissioning of assigned field service products.
• Offer technical assistance during on-call assignments related to propulsion issues.
• Report errors or defects in equipment supplied by KM and suggest improvements.
• Assist sales, after-sales, customers, and field service teams with technical support.
• Prepare accurate documentation and reports upon request.
• Update CRM, databases, and documentation regularly following Global Customer Support processes.
• Enhance personal qualifications through internal and external training and education.

Additional skills include the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, excellent negotiation and customer service skills, time management, positive attitude, teamwork, adaptability to change, organizational skills, and independence.
