About the Role

We’re hiring a smart, detail-oriented, and AI-enabled SEO Specialist based in LATAM to help LocalEyes dominate search rankings across the U.S.

You’ll own the tactical execution of Local and Organic SEO across our target cities, supporting growth through improved visibility in the Google 3-Pack, organic rankings, and AI-powered search platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Bing Copilot).

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to combine traditional SEO with emerging AI tools and can move fast, execute independently, and iterate based on results.

Key Responsibilities

Local SEO Execution

● Manage Google Business Profiles and optimize for top 20 U.S. cities

● Ensure NAP consistency, citation accuracy, and local backlink building

● Monitor and improve 3-pack visibility, rankings, and engagement

AI-Driven Content Optimization

● Build and optimize SEO landing pages using AI tools like Surfer, Jasper, or ChatGPT

● Perform keyword research and clustering for city-specific and service-specific pages

● Implement schema markup and internal linking strategies to improve rankings

Technical & On-Page SEO

● Conduct SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing)

● Identify and resolve technical issues that impact performance

● Collaborate with dev/design to implement SEO best practices

Performance Tracking & Reporting

● Monitor keyword performance and organic traffic in GSC and GA4

● Provide regular updates, insights, and next-step recommendations

● Continuously improve based on results and evolving SEO landscape

About You

● You’re a high-output executor who takes ownership and moves fast

● You’re excited about AI tools and already using them in your SEO workflows

● You know how to balance best practices with experimentation

● You care about details, but you’re not precious, you ship

You Have:

• 3+ years experience in SEO (agency or in-house)
• Open to work in US time zones (Pacific preferred)
• Proven results in Local SEO, especially in the U.S.
• Experience with GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, Surfer, ChatGPT, or similar tools
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience working remotely with async workflows (Slack, Notion, Loom, etc.)
• 100% Remote
