A leading consulting firm seeks a Senior Wholesale Account Manager for the Europe & Asia markets. This role involves expanding messaging solutions through strategic account management and must have expertise in A2P traffic. Candidates should be proficient in English and have a strong client portfolio in the target regions. At Lumina Consultora and Sondeos, we are looking for a Senior Account Manager with in-depth knowledge of the CPaaS ecosystem and extensive experience in selling A2P messaging solutions and omnichannel platforms (SMS, IVR, multichannel messaging), to join our international Wholesale team as a contractor.
The selected executive will lead the commercial expansion of our messaging solutions in key markets, focusing on A2P traffic management, strategic account acquisition, and the execution of agreements in highly competitive environments.
Key responsibilities:
-Manage the entire sales cycle (1 to 3 months), from prospecting to closing.
-Operate and scale A2P traffic flows effectively.
-Develop new business opportunities with operators, carriers, enterprises, and technology platforms.
-Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to ensure the delivery of high-value solutions.
Must-have requirements:
-Proven commercial experience selling A2P messaging platforms, SMS, IVR, and omnichannel solutions in European and Asian markets.
-Active client portfolio in the region (with a strong focus on Turkey, Istanbul, and India).
-Deep understanding of the CPaaS / Telecommunications / Wholesale ecosystem.
-Strong international negotiation and relationship-building skills.
-Proficiency with traffic orchestration platforms such as Alaris or similar.
-Professional fluency in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
Contract type:
️ Contractor – remote, with availability to operate across time zones depending on the region.
