What We’re Looking For

We’re hiring a Senior Video Editor who lives and breathes visual storytelling. This isn’t just a cut-and-paste editing role — we want someone who can shape a narrative, match energy with sound and pacing, and bring bold, modern ideas to the table.

Bonus points if you’ve also got graphic design skills — think YouTube thumbnails, social media assets, ads, and digital branding.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality, engaging videos for YouTube, social media, ads, and internal content.

• Create visually striking intros, transitions, and animations.

• Work closely with our marketing and content teams to develop a consistent visual style.

• Design clean, on-brand graphic assets (thumbnails, banners, posts, infographics, etc.).

• Manage and organize media assets and project files efficiently.

Must-Have Skills

• 4+ years of experience in video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).

• Strong sense of pacing, visual storytelling, and rhythm.

• Experience with basic motion graphics (After Effects or equivalent).

• Solid portfolio of video content (please provide links).

• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma).

• Ability to follow a brand style guide while adding creative flair.

• Good English communication skills and a self-driven attitude.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience editing for a finance or trading-related brand.

• Knowledge of YouTube algorithm and video performance tactics.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
