Senior Treasury Analyst – Accounting, Systems & Automation

Wellhub (formerly Gympass) is a corporate wellness platform that connects employees to fitness, mindfulness, therapy, nutrition, and sleep resources. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Treasury Analyst to join our global treasury team. This role will serve as the primary owner of treasury-related accounting processes, including intercompany settlements, month-end close, and reconciliations. The analyst will lead project management for treasury systems and champion automation and AI initiatives that enhance efficiency, control, and innovation across our operations. The role works cross-functionally with Accounting, Tax, FP&A, and IT to ensure accurate reporting and scalable treasury infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Treasury Accounting & Intercompany Activities
    • Own and execute all treasury-related month-end close activities, including bank reconciliations, intercompany settlements, and FX gain/loss accounting.
    • Liaise with Accounting on interest postings, journal entries, and variance analysis.
    • Maintain and enhance intercompany loan tracking, settlement schedules, and reporting in close partnership with Tax and Accounting.
  • Controls & Compliance
    • Support treasury-related audit requests and ensure SOX-compliant documentation.
  • Treasury Systems, Automation & Process Optimization
    • Lead treasury’s role in ERP and treasury system implementations, upgrades, and integrations (e.g., Kyriba, ERP enhancements, automation tools and AI initiatives).
    • Identify and execute opportunities to streamline reporting, reconciliation, and workflows using automation tools, RPA, and AI-driven solutions.
    • Serve as the key liaison between Treasury, IT, and third-party vendors for issueresolution and feature development.
  • Collaboration & Strategic Support
    • Partner with the Cash and FX teams to ensure seamless coordination across treasury operations.
    • Support cross-functional initiatives and provide ad hoc reporting or analysis as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in Treasury, Accounting, or Finance, ideally in a global organization.
  • Strong understanding of intercompany accounting, FX transactions, and the financial close process.
  • Experience working with ERP and treasury systems (e.g., Kyriba, SAP, Oracle).
  • Demonstrated experience leading or contributing to financial systems and/or automation projects.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working in a SOX-compliant environment.
  • Familiarity with robotic process automation (RPA) and treasury technology tools.
  • Exposure to artificial intelligence use cases in finance or operations.
