Kaizen Gaming Brazil, the local operator of Betano, seeks a Senior Treasury Analyst to join our growing treasury team. Reporting to the Treasury Manager, this role involves managing liquidity in accordance with regulatory and internal policies, and contributing to the overall treasury operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies regarding customer funds and accounts.
• Monitoring and enhancing liquidity management policies and automations.
• Proposing and implementing investment options to maximize liquidity utilization and yield.
• Monitoring macroeconomic, political, and regulatory developments affecting treasury activities.
• Supporting tools development for liquidity risk management.
• Collaborating within the treasury team and with the broader finance division.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related; Master’s preferred.
• Extensive treasury experience, including payments.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in mathematical analysis.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Team collaboration skills.
