Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Trader Activation to join our team in São Paulo and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.

Your Challenge

• Become a contextual performance expert in a cookieless advertising environment.
• Activate and optimize performance campaigns with contextual and cookieless signals.
• Achieve advertiser goals in more than 10 countries.
• Grow with the company as we expand; we need people capable of growing with us.
• Work in a technology-driven and highly automated environment.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Experience in performance campaigns related to leads or qualified traffic.
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for campaign optimization.
• Ability to understand DSP algorithms to maximize their potential.
• Knowledge of the programmatic environment and campaign KPIs.
• Experience working with advertising platforms such as DSPs, Adservers, SSPs, analytics suites.
• Experience managing teams and multifunctional workflows.
• Eagerness to learn and a growth mindset.
• Ability to work independently and autonomously.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Strong communication skills.
