The Team

Our in-house developed software applications support our global laboratories. With hundreds of thousands of clinical diagnostic tests performed daily, our laboratories strive to provide access to the most advanced diagnostic techniques. Technology plays a crucial role in our extensive planning and organization efforts.

The Clinical LIMS Europe Program will be the central Laboratory Information Management System throughout Europe. This role is vital in defining and executing the product roadmap.

Job Description

The successful candidate for the Test Automation Consultant position will work within high-performance Scrum teams. Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with teams to analyze testing processes and suggest improvements.
• Training Test Engineers and promoting best practices.
• Establishing Test Automation frameworks for multiple solutions.
• Applying quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders.
• Creating testing documentation such as plans and strategies.
• Participating in workshops and training to spread Test Automation best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Test Automation Engineer.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with BDD & ATDD.
• Testing experience with Web Services: RESTful, SOAP.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, C#, TypeScript.
• Familiarity with GIT, Selenium WebDriver, SoapUI, Postman, Playwright, Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of DevOps practices.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00, Hybrid Work.
