The Team

Our software applications are developed in-house to support our global laboratories. With hundreds of thousands of clinical diagnostic tests performed daily, our laboratories strive to provide access to the most innovative diagnostic techniques. Technology plays a crucial role in planning and organizing these activities.

The Clinical LIMS Europe Program will serve as the central Laboratory Information Management System throughout Europe, and this role is key in defining and executing the product roadmap.

Job Description

The successful candidate for the Test Automation Consultant position will work within high-performance Scrum teams. Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with other teams, analyzing testing processes, and proposing improvements.
• Training Test Engineers and promoting best practices.
• Setting up Test Automation frameworks for multiple solutions.
• Applying quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders.
• Producing testing documentation such as plans and strategies.
• Participating in workshops and training sessions on Test Automation Best Practices.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficiency in English.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional Test Automation experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with BDD & ATDD.
• Experience testing Web Services: RESTful, SOAP.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, C#, TypeScript.
• Familiarity with GIT, Selenium WebDriver, SoapUI, Postman, Playwright, Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of DevOps practices.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00, Hybrid Work
