The Team

Our in-house developed software supports our laboratories globally, including extensive clinical diagnostic testing. The Clinical LIMS Europe Program will serve as the central Laboratory Information Management System throughout Europe, making this role key in defining and executing the product roadmap.

Job Description

The successful candidate for the Test Automation Consultant role will be part of high-performance Scrum teams, responsible for:

1. Collaborating with teams, analyzing testing processes, and proposing improvements.
2. Training Test Engineers and promoting best practices.
3. Setting up Test Automation frameworks for multiple solutions.
4. Applying quality engineering principles throughout the Agile lifecycle.
5. Communicating effectively with stakeholders.
6. Producing testing documentation such as plans and strategies.
7. Participating in workshops and training on Test Automation Best Practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficiency in English.
• 5+ years of experience as a Test Automation Engineer.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with BDD & ATDD.
• Testing Web Services: RESTful, SOAP.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, C#, TypeScript.
• Familiarity with GIT, Selenium WebDriver, SoapUI, Postman, Playwright, Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of DevOps practices.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00, Hybrid Work.
