The Team

Our software applications are developed in-house to support our laboratories worldwide. With hundreds of thousands of clinical diagnostic tests performed daily, our laboratories strive to provide access to the most innovative diagnostic techniques. This requires extensive planning and organization, supported by technology.

The Clinical LIMS Europe Program will serve as the central Laboratory Information Management System throughout Europe, and this role is crucial in defining and delivering the product roadmap.

Job Description

The successful candidate for the Test Automation Consultant position will work within high-performance Scrum teams. Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with teams to analyze testing processes and propose improvements.
• Training Test Engineers and promoting good practices.
• Setting up Test Automation frameworks for multiple solutions.
• Applying quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders.
• Producing testing documentation such as plans and strategies.
• Participating in workshops and training sessions on Test Automation Best Practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• At least 5 years of professional Test Automation experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with BDD & ATDD.
• Experience testing Web Services: RESTful, SOAP.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, C#, TypeScript.
• Familiarity with GIT, Selenium WebDriver, SoapUI, Postman, Playwright, Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of DevOps practices.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00. Hybrid work arrangement.
