Overview

Senior Technical Program Manager – Remote

Location : Brazil

The RDE Release Management team is hiring a Senior technical program manager who will help support the release trains and be responsible for managing releases for these products. RM Support includes release coordination, scheduling, managing timelines, app submissions, and the publishing of apps. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technical operations and workflows that give the organization a competitive edge and improve developer efficiencies

• Release coordination, scheduling, and managing timelines
• Oversee app submissions and publishing of apps
• Establish and manage expectations with executives and drive engineering teams to meet high standards
• Mentor others and share knowledge to improve team productivity
• Contribute to team planning and set standards by driving best practices

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of experience supporting a full development life cycle for Android, Apple Web, or other platform ecosystems
• Must have app submission experience in one of the major app store portals
• Operational and release management experience in an agile framework within a media or technology company is preferred
• Experience driving change in branching strategy, semantic versioning, sprint planning, dependency management, different test activities, and release tracking
• Experience working with engineering teams to drive improvements in the Release Engineering pipeline for automated tracking and reporting on release artifacts, JIRA items, sprint scope, bug reports, test reports, release notes
• Experience in large-scale global product launches through a scalable automated release pipeline workflow leveraging CICD workflows and QA automation workflows
• Experience working with frontend iOS, Android, Web, Roku CTV SDK, and backend engineering and QA teams to coordinate dependencies and release planning
• Experience in change management processes
• Experience working with global teams comprising product engineering, QA, operations functional areas
