What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring strong partnerships with hiring managers and a positive candidate experience
- Conduct recruitment intake sessions with hiring managers for designated roles
- Execute deep boolean searches to identify niche candidates for highly technical roles
- Screen resumes and interview candidates from both active and passive markets
- Facilitate the interview and hiring decision-making process, collaborating with interviewers and hiring managers
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a technology company or agency
- At least 5 years of sourcing and recruiting experience in IT, Engineering, Product, Data Science, or Design
- Proficient in managing 10+ job openings simultaneously
- Strong sales ability with effective candidate engagement and education skills
- Excellent interview skills for assessing both technical and cultural fit
