- Build and manage pipelines for high-priority commercial roles in field sales, clinical, marketing, and business strategy
- Source and engage candidates from diverse backgrounds, particularly in competitive markets
- Guide hiring managers through selection, decision-making, and offer stages
- Utilize data and tools to enhance efficiency and improve time-to-fill for positions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in recruitment
- Proven success in a fast-paced, matrixed or global environment
- Strong communication, influence, and consultative skills
- Willingness to travel up to 10%, as needed
