Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Clinical and Operations teams to assess clinical talent needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • Implement innovative search techniques to attract qualified candidates for clinical positions
  • Build relationships with prospective candidates to enhance interest in job opportunities
  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including posting job openings, screening applicants, and presenting candidates to hiring managers
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal recruitment laws and regulations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in business or human resources, with at least 1 year of dentist recruiting experience or equivalent education and experience
  • Experience in the Healthcare/Dental industry, with a preference for dental experience
  • Proven ability to partner with dental schools for recruitment efforts
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence candidates and hiring managers
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in lifecycle recruitment management and external source development
  • Familiarity with social media applications for recruiting purposes
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Experience with screening candidates effectively
