What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Recruit leadership positions for clinical operations in the Northeast
- Develop relationships and identify areas of opportunity to add value to the hiring process
- Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to attract and retain top talent

- Serve as a subject matter expert in labor market data and competitive intelligence
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in talent acquisition, particularly for high volume and hard-to-fill roles
- Proven experience in sourcing and hiring leadership positions
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (degree is highly preferred)
- Strong understanding of labor market data and recruitment strategies
- Experience using an enterprise-level applicant tracking system
