Your day at Ferring

• Responsible for the process of area analytics, identifying customer needs and translating them into documented requirements in alignment with relevant standards and best practices.

• Working on complex, larger, and high-impact projects, considering equipment and systems capacity, operating time, standards, processes, and desired results.

• Collaborating with IT architecture and external specialist teams to ensure solution compatibility with relevant standards and best practices.

• Leading the release, delivery, and implementation of systems, software, applications, and/or databases, including related change management activities.

• Assessing the business implications of available solutions to the current business environment, identifying and prioritizing areas of opportunity, and making improvement recommendations.

• Providing day-to-day, customer-facing advice and support for assigned areas.

• Performing change activities such as coding, testing, debugging, communication, training, and documentation in high complexity areas.

• Communicating relevant opportunities, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner.

• Ensuring deliveries in accordance with agreed plans, with or without SLA, and providing management and stakeholders with progress updates.

• Performing research and evaluation of alternative solutions and providers (including Preferred Suppliers List) to recommend to stakeholders for final decision.

• Understanding, complying, and executing all assigned projects, tasks, and activities in full alignment with Ferring company standards, including relevant SOPs and GxP Compliance requirements.

• Supporting entities during Health Authority inspections as required.

Support for Senior Business Managers

• Identifying strategic technology opportunities and developing and implementing business domain roadmaps and architectures.

• Exploring solutions using prototyping approaches and ensuring the development of comprehensive Business Cases for solutions of small to major financial volume (up to 2M EUR).

• Aligning the domain IT roadmap with other domains within the business area.

• University degree in Computer Science or other relevant field, or equivalent experience in a transferable background.

• 5 to 7 years of experience in the relevant area.

• Analytical and flexible mindset.

• Fluent in English
