You will mentor DBAs, drive engineering decisions, and design backup, recovery, and DR strategies, while collaborating with development and infrastructure teams in a hybrid-work setup. Advanced English is required, with flexible work options and competitive compensation.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of hands-on SQL Server Administration.
• Strong expertise in SQL Server configuration, maintenance, and performance tuning.
• Extensive backup, recovery, high availability and disaster recovery experience.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor DBAs.
• Deep knowledge of database security, monitoring tools, and troubleshooting.
• Advanced English language skills.
