Title and Summary

Senior Specialist, Products and Solutions - Overview

The Security Solutions team is looking for a Senior Analyst, Product and Services, to drive our security and solutions product strategy forward through innovation and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about products, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

Role

1. Supports teams in developing products and solutions by sharing knowledge of products, services, or platform capabilities within their defined market and/or segment.
2. Collaborates with internal Mastercard teams to support the development of the CSC value proposition by analyzing customer needs and issues, and providing expertise on Mastercard's platforms, products, and services.
3. Analyzes market trends and customer needs, communicating the latest insights to contribute to client solutioning.
4. Tracks progress and reports on project plans and roadmaps.
5. Supports the development of internal knowledge documents, such as case studies and industry best practices.
