Responsibilities

• Own the process of determining business needs from clients’ Large Group sales teams and guide technology implementation plans.
• Act as a thought leader for innovation in large group sales analytics, focusing on reporting, analytics, and AI applications.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to architect, design, develop, and release features.
• Support Agile Scrum teams with planning and technical solutions for new product capabilities.
• Mentor junior team members and drive a common vision across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10-15 years of professional experience in health insurance, with 5 years in large group payer roles.
• Leadership experience with strategic planning and oversight capabilities.
• At least 5 years in a professional services environment or as a leader in a health insurance company.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; openness to travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with AI-enhanced platforms.
• Proven track record managing complex and large projects.
• Desire to mentor and develop skills in junior team members.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
