Job summary

Louis Dreyfus Company is seeking an experienced SAP SD specialist to own the Brazil sales and distribution scope within our S/4HANA transformation. You will translate business needs into scalable SAP SD solutions and ensure seamless integration with procurement, inventory, finance and other SAP domains.

Qualifications

• Fluent English requirement for global collaboration.
• Experience in large-scale IT projects in international environments.
• Strong SAP SD expertise across end-to-end implementation or rollout lifecycles.
• Knowledge of SAP Brazilian localization and sales process legislation.
• Understanding of Contract-to-Invoice and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Experience integrating Sales with Procurement, Inventory, and Finance.

Job Description

• Act as the SAP Sales & Distribution solution owner for Brazil, one of the largest scopes within LDC’s global S/4HANA transformation program;
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP SD solutions, defining target processes, functional specifications, standards and design decisions;
• Design and oversee end-to-end sales and distribution processes, ensuring integration with Procurement, Inventory, Finance and other SAP domains;
• Review and approve solutions proposed by project teams, recommending SAP best practices and ensuring alignment with the broader technology ecosystem;
• Partner with business stakeholders to define priorities, maximize business value and support strategic decision-making;
• Lead the maintenance and continuous improvement of the SAP SD solution, including action plans to address recurring incidents and enhance process performance;
• Serve as the SAP SD expert for Brazil while supporting global rollouts and collaborating with multicultural teams across LDC’s worldwide S/4HANA roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field;
• Advanced/Fluent English is mandatory;
• Experience in large-scale IT projects within international and multicultural environments;
• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP SD, including participation in full SAP implementation or rollout lifecycles;
• Solid knowledge of SAP Brazilian localization and commercial legislation related to sales processes;
• Strong understanding of Contract‑to‑Invoice and Order‑to‑Cash processes;
• Proven experience integrating Sales processes with Procurement, Inventory and Finance;
• Experience with SAP TM, SAP Fiori, IDocs, web services, JIRA or ServiceNow will be considered an advantage.
