Job summary

Decision Group is seeking a SAP SD Senior Consultant in Brazil to lead design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Sales and Distribution solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, functional and technical teams, and PMOs to deliver end-to-end O2C processes in global projects.

Requirements include 7–10 years in SAP SD consulting, 2 full lifecycle implementations, ECC/S4HANA experience, and strong workshop facilitation. Localization and tax reform knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, support, and optimization of SAP SD solutions aligned with SAP best practices and objectives.
• Translate business requirements into SAP SD solutions and lead workshops/fit-gap analyses.
• Define end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, pricing, billing, and shipping configurations; ensure integration with other modules.
• Deliver end-to-end projects across Discover-Explore-Realize-Deploy-Hypercare phases; manage local and global SD workstreams.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

• The SAP SD Senior Consultant is responsible for leading the design, implementation, support, and optimization of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions, ensuring business processes are aligned with SAP best practices and organizational goals. The consultant works closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and project management offices to deliver end-to-end solutions across Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. Knowledge in Brazil Localization and Tax Reform is required.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.
• Lead workshops and fit-gap analysis sessions.
• Recommend best practices aligned with SAP standards and Clean Core principles.
• Design end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
• Configure and maintain SAP SD modules according to business requirements.
• Design pricing procedures, sales document types, billing processes, and shipping processes.
• Define integration requirements with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
• Develop functional specifications for enhancements and custom developments.
