Senior Software QA Engineer, Campinas/SP

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software QA Engineer with a robust background in software testing and quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automated testing frameworks and a keen understanding of software development lifecycles. Proficiency in Python, C#, or Java is required, along with a passion for ensuring software quality in an agile environment.

Fluency in English is essential for effective communication within the team and with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Test Planning & Strategy: Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies tailored to the software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
2. Automated Testing: Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG to enhance testing efficiency.
3. Performance & Security Testing: Conduct performance and security testing to identify vulnerabilities and ensure scalability and reliability of applications.
4. Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects, providing clear and concise feedback to developers and stakeholders for timely resolutions.

Technical Skills:

1. Knowledge on Generative AI technical stacks and strategies (LLMs, RAG, Fine Tuning, Chain of Thought, etc.).
2. Proficient in Python, C#, or Java with a solid understanding of testing frameworks and tools.
3. Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture testing.
4. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
5. Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker).
