Senior Software Engineer (Php And Javascript)

Our client provides integrated software and marketing solutions for the hospitality industry, specializing in short-term rental management. Their platform offers vacation rental companies a Property Management System, integrating booking, guest communications, and financial reporting systems, all designed with partner organization integration in mind.

Responsibilities

1. Identify solutions to complex problems.
2. Solve performance issues and architectural challenges.
3. Integrate data storage solutions such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
4. Ensure code quality by passing SonarCloud quality rules for each Pull Request.
5. Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers, including Angular components.
6. Analyze, configure, and optimize the front-end web application, including Angular performance tuning.
7. Become a subject matter expert on web technologies, including Angular.
8. Enforce software development standards and mentor junior engineers in Angular best practices.

Required Experience

1. 5+ years of experience in web application development using Angular.
2. Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks/libraries (Zend Framework, Laminas, Laravel, Symphony, Doctrine).
3. Familiarity with SQL / NoSQL databases and their query languages.
4. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git and GitHub.

Desired Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
2. Familiarity with code review and analysis tools such as SonarCloud.
3. Experience with AWS.
4. Knowledge of AI toolsets and toolkits.
